So very saddened to hear of John's passing. Such a kind, gentle and caring man. Was always so welcoming and kind to me. A true gentleman. My deepest condolences to Pat, Mark, Aidan, Lynn and Davey.

I started working in the training centre almost 22 years ago and spent the first nine years as an electrical instructor working alongside John. He was a great mentor and friend over the many years I've known him. He always made time for people, he was a great listener.
