Very sad to hear this news. John and I went to school together and we played a lot of football (Gaelic and Soccer) though we spent much time arguing about which was the better Sport :-) He managed to get tickets for a Madness concert in the Olympia in 1980 which we attended together. He liked his Ska music at that time. We found out that John's Dad and my Dad knew each other during the lifts we got on the way in and out. I have met and chatted with John over the years generally in The Goat and we always had a good laugh.

My sincere condolences to John's family at this sad time.......gone far far too soon :-(

John
