I’ve been a friend and admirer of John Kinsella for more years than I care to remember. A great old-timer, always played great country music on the radio, and made sure people didn’t put out the washing at the wrong time. Often gave me a shoutout on the radio, and I recall him playing “When the Cowboy Rides Away…” – I think it was at the time KCR had to close-down. I may be wrong, but I think I even negotiated the purchase of a car from John - or was that a dream?

I would like to offer my sincere sympathies to John’s wife Sheila and to all his family, other relations and loyal friends. May he Rest in Peace.
