Thanks for the music 'Johnny'. Good times indeed.
RIP Johnny.
Deepest sympathies to Johnny's family . RIP.
Rest in Peace Johnny, Always a gentleman and a good Friend.
Our sincerest condolences to Johnny's family and friends in light of his untimely death. John invited us to be part of his team in the build up to, and during, the Special Olympics in '03. For that opportunity we will always be eternally grateful. May you now enjoy the rewards that your efforts in improving the lives of others so richly deserve.
Shocked and deeply saddened at news of Johnny's passing. He was a true gentleman with a heart of gold and sence of humour to match. The world will be a dimmer place without him and all he contributed. Rest in peace Johnny you will be sorely missed
Sad to hear of the passing of Johnny. Manoeuvres in the 80's will bring back many memories to lots of Carlow people and the friendly welcome from Johnny and his staff. I am sure I am speaking on behalf of all of the Manoeuvres gang in saying, thanks for all the good times we had in the 80's especially the Jam Sessions on Tuesday nights. RIP John, you and Manoeuvres will always be a legend in the Pub Folklore of Carlow !
Manouveres held a ray of sunshine in a sad time on my life and for the joy it brought to so many others you will be remembered fondly

Rest in peace Johnny. You were always in a good jolly form, and you brought a ray of light to carlow town in December 84 when you opened Manouveres pub. Wonderful memories. God bless.
Worked with Johnny in St. Fiacc's Schools, Graiguecullen and The Carlow & District Soccer League. Was so sorry to hear he was sick, and shocked this morning when I heard the news of his death. A real gentleman, always willing to help. Had some great laughs. Will be missed. Rest in peace Johnny.
