John (Johnny) Power (Junior)

I have no words to describe this man - he has been mu close friend and work colleague for more years than I can remember - we had so much fun, laughs, tears and fights but we always were there for each other through thick and thin - i was so saddened and heartbroken not to be able to be there for Annie, Michelle, Lorna, Garreth, Ali, Evo, Jim , Anita and Helen. i have lost a dear dear friend but will keep all those memories in my heart forever RIP You mad lovable fool xxxxx

It was with shock and great sadness we heard of the passing of our good friend and team mate of old John. He always played the game as it should be, full on but with a constant smile on his face and ready to laugh at his own shortcomings and especially of those around him.
John - we will miss you, you were on of the good ones for sure.
Sympathies to his Brother Jim, a long time baller and his son Gareth who joined us in the latter years and kept the Power flag flying.

Ann, Gareth, Ali, Evan, Martin, Anita, Helen, Lorna, Jimmy & Michelle, words cant express how sorry I am at the loss of Johnny, it was a pleasure to know him and call him my cousin. A pure rogue, with a waft of aftershave and the most infectious laugh. Lots of great memories and pictures to treasure but still hard to believe.
If he could only see how loved he was and the outpouring of grief since he passed, I think he would be absolutely beaming.
His loss will be felt by many and hard by those who knew and loved him such was his presence.

So very sorry for all Johnny's family and dear friends on hearing this sad news. Such a shock and taken way too soon. I know Johnny from the Insurance world since the mid '80's, and he was always a larger than life character, with a great sense of fun and a fabulous smile.
