Dear Annette Brian and family
We were very sorry to hear of John's sudden passing. Though we are very close neighbours, we were away last week and completely unaware of his passing until we only discovered on the day of his funeral. John was a lovely neighbour since we moved around the corner to Claremont Road, always in lively friendly form when any time we met and had a chat. He also had great expertise and knowledge of developments in this area from his technical expertise and as one of its early residents.
Annette, Brian and family we offer you our most sincerest condolences on John's sudden and untimely passing and may he rest in heavenly peace.
— P J and Celia Rudden Killiney

Regards. Margaret
