So sorry to learn of John's death. We extend our deepest sympathy to Joan, Jacqueline and Garnet. We have such happy memories of times we shared in Carrig Eden in Greystones. John was a kind, sincere, friendly, generous man who made everyone feel so welcome. He encouraged everyone towards a deeper faith in God. Both John and Joan did so much for countless numbers of poor elderly people to enjoy memorable holidays by the sea in Carrig Eden in the 1970s and 1980s (including ourselves and many others). May God grant him his eternal reward.

Some great memories from Carrig Eden. He left his mark, and was a great example to all. May God water the seeds he sowed arround the world; and may you know God's everlasting arms of comfort at this time of great loss.
