Dalkey Community Council was very sad to hear of the death of John Bailey. John worked tirelessly for the residents of Dalkey and was always available and willing to help whenever the need arose. His contribution to Dalkey was immense and his never-ending commitment will be sadly missed by all.
On behalf of the members I extend our sincere sympathy to Angela and the family.

Deepest Sympathy on the Passing of a sporting icon John....When as pic editor at The Editor my Editor Paul Drury Now sadly departed as well and John Costelloe ,Chief Executive at the Dub County Board organised with John in creating the GAA Supplement.....I was the odd one out....A Corkman helping the Dubs...Fond Memories....he called me The Snapper...I am in Kerry ,awaiting the Mayo Crowd for Sunday...

in-depth conversations on every topic imaginable in the sauna and jacuzzi at Fitzpatrick's Hotel.
