Mary, Ger, John jnr, Catherine, Patrick, Caoimhe and Dearbhla and great grandson Charlie, we were saddened to hear John passed away. He was indeed a gentleman and endeared to all who knew him and his loss will be great for you all.
We were part of his "Trip to Tipp" agenda each September and we had such good times and many laughs with him and his three fine brothers. He loved and was proud of you all and the joy the Football achievements of Paddy and John brought him was immeasurable. We will miss the Chief and you are all in our thoughts and prayers. RIP John

Dear Mary, Ger, Joe, Martin, Tom, Rita and all the Small family, it was with great sadness we learned of the passing of your beloved John, a beautiful man. John a gentleman and a gentle man who enhanced every gathering with his great smile, conversation and sense of fun. We always enjoyed his visits to our home. He will be missed. John was so proud of his family, his beloved grandchildren and of course John and Paddy Dublin football. A proud Tipperary and Borrisoleigh man who loved to visit regularly. May John now rest in heavenly peace reunited with Declan, Pakie and all his loved ones.
