He was a lovely, warm, humorous gentleman and he was delighted when we shared with him the old family register dating back to the 1880’s from Elton, Knocklong, Co. Limerick, as the place names and family names were so familiar to him and it was always a topic we enjoyed discussing with him. May he rest in peace.
