Rest in eternal peace Uncle Joe. I have the most fond memories of you, visiting Ireland and holidaying abroad with you, Auntie Maureen, my mum and dad, when I was a little girl. I love the smell of a pipe and it always makes me think of you. The best humour and stories. The last time I was in your company at Seapark Drive a few years back was such a lovely special time.
