So sad to hear of Joe's passing. Saw him every time I passed his seat at the seafront. Very intelligent man with a great love for Greystones. He knew everyone and always had lots to say. He will be sadly missed. May he rest in peace. Would have loved to have the opportunity to attend his funeral(like so many others I and pay my respects but "c'est la vie"!!!!!
