I am deeply sorry for the Osborne Family to hear of Joe's passing. However I am grateful that I had the pleasure to work with him on many forensic jobs over the years. He was an absolute gentleman and I enjoyed meeting him on site and at the court. He always had a kind word and a glint in his eye.
