Sympathy to those who loved Julian.

I only heard of his death today,

Julian was his own man. Gifted in many ways.

He made an impact and will not be forgotten.

May he rest in peace.

I write as a one-time neighbour and a fellow member of Fine Gael - Julian was a member of Monkstown Branch of Fine Gael - to say I am very sad to hear that Julian is no longer with us. He regaled us hilariously many times over the years. His wit was legendary in Monkstown, and we had so much laughter and good conversation over the years. Condolences to his family who have lost a large presence in their lives. We will miss him.

We had the pleasure of having Julian as a neighbour for the short period of just under a year. Julian welcomed us when we moved in with a print of the old Monkstown village and we enjoyed his company and many chats over the wall. Condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.
