I only worked with Julian for the last 18 months but during this time he has left a lasting impression on me. A wonderfully talented chef, a valued colleague but above all of this I am proud to have called him a friend .
His passing was so swift it has left a gaping void amongst all of us who worked with him but his legacy of kindness, charm and wisdom will live on.

And I remember my younger days, uncle juillans shop chew and chat. I am sending lots of love to you, all auntie Bridg Stay strong you can do this and he was wonderful Dad today’s kids and so are you too Karla and peter are a credit to you both. I would love when we next come to Ireland, we will be able to all meet up. I can’t actually believe uncle Jullian is passed Too short, but never forgotten. Uncle Julian, thank you for giving me the best cousin Karla Your daughter, we will remember the good memories, and thank you for giving me Karla And auntie ifang. And also your wonderful son Peter. I will look after those three beautiful children. I will try and be the best cousin for all of them, and most of all I would look and watch over them Especially auntie Bridget, who I love so so much, and I hope you know that And I hope one day in heaven that us to meet again, so I can say one final goodbye to my uncle.
