To Sandra, Jenny and the Phelan family. My heart goes out to you on your loss. Justin stood out as a very special man. He was very thoughtful in his contributions and a rock of sense. He was my very helpful “teacher” and my coach for an all too brief number of years. Thank you for a lovely service in Rathfarnham last week. Thank you Jenny for your lovely words.

A good man and a good friend, I will remember Justin always from our Altergo days, Justin stuffing Birch Stigmat specs in our pockets as me and Liam Mason headed off to the wilds of Tunbridge Wells to see Tom Abbotson ... Justin slagging me and Joe Corr on our guitar efforts... Justin entertaining me and Tom Gleeson while chasing golf balls in Ashford Castle... Justin laughing so uproariously at my 30th birthday party when Ann got locked in the bathroom and Tom Gleeson had to unscrew the door... Justin philosophising in the Regal on occasions... and Justin so kind to me when visiting me in Blackrock Clinic during the open heart surgery nightmare... Justin i will remember you always and regret not spending more time with you as somehow the years slipped away.
Sincere sympathies to all the family, may he rest now in peace, in guitar heaven.
— Peter Norton

Very deepest sympathies to Dear Sandra Justins Soul Mate, Jenny,Damien, and Matthew, his siblings and
many friends. He was a very special friend to me over many years so lucky to have known and had fun with. His picture above is a special memory of Justin and portrays the man he was.

I first met him when he was 18 working for the "McElroy Clan" in Fitzwillam Street, such fun we had working together and our Friday visit to Larry Murphys. Played tennis and golf with him, didn't matter who won when we played, always in great spirit

Every time we met up in subsequent years it was ony if it was only yesterday.

The years passed by and I started working with Justin and Sandra for many years, what a great team they were full of kindnesss to me and all.

Rest in Peace Dear Friend
