We got to know Kat through Isabel's love of horses and thoroughly enjoyed our interactions arranging playdates, horse rides, sleepovers - she was a wonderfully warm, open person, but above all had a cracker of a sense of humour! David, Isabel, Chris, Lauren & the Moore family - we are so very sorry for your loss, but so very grateful we got the chance to meet and get to know what an amazing & funny person your mum is Isabel.

I've known Kathryn since my very first day in Ireland 20 years ago. We worked at Geneva Trading together in what seems like a lifetime ago. I didn't know many people when I first moved here. She went out of her way to include me in her social life at that time. She was the first person to take me to Glendalough, the Sally Gap and Killiney Hill. She had a wonderful sense of humour, she was very intelligent, thoughtful, supportive and kind. She was also great at taking the piss out of me! I'm deeply saddened to hear of her passing. She was truly a special person! My heart goes out to Dave, Liz and the entire family.
