We are very saddened to hear of Ken's passing. He drove my husband Kevin, in his wheelchair-adapted car, to and from work at RTE, and to many other functions. He was a cheery, entertaining, accommodating gentleman, who helped make life easier for others. May he rest in peace. Our sincere sympathy to his grieving family.
— Family of late Kevin Dawson
Deepest sympathies on the death of Ken. I got to know him when he was operating his Wherlchair Taxi. He looked after my elderly mother on so many trips. He always worked on Christmas Day to make sure his ‘regulars’ got our for the day.-such a generous thing to do. Ken also regulary drove my friend Kevin D who had Motor Neuton disease, and they were great pals. Always kind to his wheelchair bound or elderly customers, always reliable, always funny, always a gent. RIP.

Very sad to hear of Ken's passing.

Lots of fond memories of Ken (and all the Doran's) in Dalkey back in my teens in the 80's. Ken was a real chip off the old block, a mini Gerry Snr,. To me he clearly idolised his Da, and was his mini me in almost every way. My deepest sympathy and best wishes to all the Doran's on his passing..
