I was so sad to hear the news. Ken was a kind mind and I had the privilege of watching him race many times as a kid - and then owning one of his cars (the unique 19F). He drove it again at Mondello just a few short years ago and couldn't stop smiling!! I am sure he is lining up on a heavenly grid as we speak!!
