Sending our loving thoughts to Kevin's family and friends. While we only knew him briefly we have never forgotten Kevin's keen intellect and kind and generous spirit. Kevin was our guide on a small group Driftwood/Vagabond tour in October 2012. My husband and I are from California. Just a few weeks ago we were speaking to a couple who are from Ireland and told them about our time in Ireland and about the wonderful tour guide who made our Ireland experience so special. That conversation prompted me to google Kevin and then I saw the sad sad news. We share in your grief and toasted to Kevin as we celebrated St Patrick's Day. Kevin's positive force will certainly last far into the future. So sad to hear the news of Kevin's passing, but thankful that I can join in a collective moment of appreciation for Kevin. Sincerely, Maureen Lynch from California

I was very saddened to hear of Kevin's passing. I met him on our first day in UL back in 1985 and he helped me with my registration, he was full of energy and zest for life. Our paths crossed again when I began working for Press 22, and always enjoyed meeting him over the years. He was a brilliant photographer and he had a beautiful soul, one of life's really good people. My thoughts will be with his wife Liza and the Clancy family this Saturday. Rest in peace Kevin.

I knew Kevin only briefly, as we worked together on a bus tour a couple of years back. What a legend though - knew far more than any driver I've ever worked with (and I must admit, far more than the guide at times!) and delivered the best-timed zingers both on and off the mic. An exemplary ambassador for his country and the tourism industry, and always generous with his energy, his knowledge, and his advice.

So sorry to have just heard of the passing of Kevin. What a character. great fun and always in good humour.
We had many a good night in Mulligans. a super and unique guy of which sadly there are now so few.
We also shared a love of odd ball motors of which we both had many. RIP 30/March/2020

Don’t know what I’d be doing or where I’d have ended up.
Always greatful for the start , the craic , the job, the partnership, but most of all the friendship we had and the other friendships because of that friendship.
