My deepest condolences to all of the Halpin family at this very sad and unjust time.

I feel honoured to have had the privilege to work with, be mentored and supported by Kevin. He was the kindest, wisest and gentlest man I've ever met who taught me so so much. I have the upmost respect for him, what he achieved and his values. He will always be an inspiration and role model to me.

As the notice states, "May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace".

Sleep tight Gov xx

Kevin was the best manager I have ever worked under, always making a point of getting to know every patient and staff member's first name. Kevin would always greet the patient or staff member by their first name asking the how they are etc even if he met them in the staff car park. RIP Kevin gone too soon. Best regards to his family and friends. Noreen.
