My uncle Kevin seemed to me to be equipped with equally high levels of calm and strength. An unstoppable force, yet ever gentle. A miraculous man in the way he lived. I always admired him, his storytelling and his smile.

My condolences go out to Miriam, Aoife, Cian, Niamh, Neassa and Roisin on the passing of your wonderful father in law and grandfather. I remember the exact day when I met Kevin was at Aonghus’s removal in cork back in November 2010 and sharing my condolences with him. Kevin is now reunited once again with Eithne, Aonghus, Brothers, parents and more extending family members in heaven.

Kevin was one of the most wonderful people I knew. He had an incredible ability to engage with everyone he met, creating strong bonds and making each person feel valued and heard. His friendly nature and warm personality drew people to him effortlessly. I am grateful for the bond I had with him, and I will always cherish the memories we shared. Kevin was always fair to everyone and brought so much joy to those around him. He will be missed not only by your family but by many people, including myself.
