We were heartbroken to learn of Bugsie's passing. One in million, he was always there for me throughout my life. We enjoyed many good times, music and back in the old day's CB radio & walkie-talkies ;-) too. We will miss his warm kind personality and the chats with Hugo, myself and our kids.
Our thoughts are with Emma, Ciara, Daniel, Daisy, Jaques, Luke, Zoë & extended family.

I'd like to express my condolences to Bugsie's family & friends. I only met him last summer when I joined the music session at The Bloody Stream but it's a mark of the man that I was so sad to hear the news. He welcomed me & encouraged me to play. I had been learning the harmonica for years but too scared to perform. At the first song when I thought I would just listen Bugsie leaned over to me and said "Key of D, when you're ready!" I was freaked out but it was the best thing he could have done and I have been grateful & told the story ever since. Later he looked at me and said "Good harp playing" and it meant so much to me. I would like to echo the line read at the service today and say, please add me to the list "of those who were sorry that he had passed away".

Our sincere condolences to Emma and all of Bugsys family. He was a one off. May he Rest in peace and leave you with fond memories.
