From my many summer holidays spent in Gort and Peterswell I can say she was a true lady with a lovely demeanor.
She will be dearly missed.

It was with deep sadness that I was informed of kitty’s passing. A person I had great respect from as I grew up in Gort
During the late . 60’s she cooked the tea and michael introduced the Fina Fail ideas to the council which would not always get full support it would need a little push from Kitty to carry it.
It was great fun listening to the political arrangements being discussed,But Kitt was the lady of the house and the teacher who ,understood all aspects of political.She was a wonderful lady - friend of evertbody and mother of a great family her children Edel ,Shane , Neil , Michelle and Emer will miss her dearly as we have only one mother .the most important person in our lives. Wish Kitty can enjoy the joining with Michaet in the sky above after many years.
