I was devastated to hear about Laina’s sudden passing. I am so grateful to have called Laina a friend during our time in Murckross, and I will hold closely the fond memories we shared during this time, both in the classroom and on the hockey pitch. She will be remembered for her warmness and profound kindness towards others. The world is a poorer place without her. May she rest in peace.
