Very saddened to hear of the passing of Larry'. A pure gent. I had the pleasure of working with Larry as GPO a very long time ago, he was so nice and funny and I was fortunate to learn alot from him.My thoughts are with his family and friends.

Sad to hear about the untimely death of Larry. We worked together back in the 90s on the installation of the TEAM Aer Lingus IT systems for the new Hangar6. Larry was with Cara at that time. Top class guy to work with and an absolute gentleman.

We were so saddened to hear of the passing of Larry. He put his stamp on our daughter and to this day she loves and excels in camogie she has never forgotten where it all started and that's with Larry. She still talks about him all these years later. May he forever Rest In Peace.

Larry managed my hurling & football team at Raheny GAA from u10 through to minor. He put a huge effort into keeping that team together. His last year with the team ended in a minor hurling league win in 2004. A lot of us wouldn’t have been involved in playing, or still be playing GAA if it wasn’t for Larry.

I had the privilege of coaching alongside Larry on a memorable journey with Dublin Development Squads and the Dublin Minor Team in 2010.

At all times Larry was an honest, hard working, caring and humble coach who dedicated himself to helping and developing the next generation of Dublin Gaels.

I have worked with Larry from the very first day he started as a GPO. The amount of children that Larry sent down the GAA path in Dublin must run into thousands. He will be greatly missed by myself and all the GPOs. Sincere condolences to all the family.

Saddened to hear the news of Larry’s passing. Although it’s over 20 years since we worked together, I have great memories of Larry, he was one of the good guys. Deep sympathies to all Larry’s family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

I am sure I speak for all of Larry's classmates from 1977 in O' Connells. A quiet, unassuming and gentle soul whom we all enjoyed meeting at class reunions down the years. - A devastating loss for all a such a relatively young age.

Some of us played with Larry in O'Tooles many tears ago and he never lost his love of matters GAA and gave so much back to getting young people involved in the games.

Like Larry I was honoured and privileged to work as a GPO with Dublin GAA but also to be trained in by him when I commenced employment. This was the high esteem that he was held in Dublin GAA circles that he was trusted to train so many of us when we started.

Ballyboughal GFC was one of Larry's first Clubs as GPO and he has certainly made an impact on the lives and footballing careers of our members! We are all very sorry for your loss and he will be remembered in North County Dublin!

Worked with Larry in Ballymun with a less than gifted team😀. Great coach because he understood this. Worked with him for 4 yrs on the 2010 journey. What a trip! Won nothing. Larry omnipresent and supportive, threw in the humorous comments. Understanding compassionate, passionate, intelligent and caring. Larry was one of those quiet hero’s. Privileged to talk to Larry in the last few days. Inspirational ,touched by his bravery courage and fortitude. Greatly saddened because of our shared journey. If I was to offer a sentiment, “ larry, salt with intelligence” Rest easy Larry, deeply loved by the Andrew’s family.

To Larry’s Mam and family, I am very sorry to hear of Larry’s untimely death. I remember him very well from our time in Dublin GAA , he volunteering as a delegate for Raheny GAA club to the Dublin Juvenile Board of which I was a member.
