Deepest Sympathy to Mick, Diane and the extended O'Neill family on the passing of Larry. Larry was our voice at the National Executive through difficult times in Portlaoise. He was a strong Union man and we are all so grateful for his professional and exceptional representation which was always carried out with dignity and respect. The POA was stronger then as it is today with people of his calibre at the helm. He was a talented tradesman in the Prison Service and will be sadly missed by all who worked with him.

Very sad to hear of the passing of my uncle Larry, an absolute gentleman.
Am very glad I made the trip down to call on him, pre-pandemic when I was home.
He could not have been more welcoming. Was lovely to sit in his kitchen and listen to some stories.

So saddened to hear of Lar's passing. Our children were so well looked after and cared for by Tess and Lar all those years ago. Lar was a gentleman and remained a life long friend.
