Larry was a great actor and took part in many of my films. A very helpful and kind gentleman.

I have very great memories of Larry from La Touche Players a great kind and giving gentleman. I also remember Etta who a lovely lady Unfortunately neither myself of Rita can attend the funeral but pass on our condolences to Larry's family and Friends

Today Tom Yvonne and Phaedra went to say goodby to Larry our friend of more than fifty years . So many memories The shows we did together Larry was a very fine and talented actor. Our many trips to The Gate Theatre, Larry and I loved skerries we spent our childhood summers there so after Christmas every year we went to skerries for a visit to Joe Mays Stoop your heads and ended in J ack Keane. Etta driving. Blooms day will never be the same. Our yearly
Trip to the tower then Fitzgeralds pub then taxi into
Davy Byrnes. Happy days. Larry was a fabulous painter and all round artist Everyone I have spoken to in the last few days have works of his in their homes. He was an all round artist reader movie buff and a very funny sensitive man. It’s impossible to believe we will never speak to

Fond remembrance of Larrys performance in Paris during the bi centennial. His Seamus Shields in The Shadow of a Gunman was remarkable. Sincere condolences to his family from his many friends and admirers.

We are so sorry to hear of Larry's passing. An entertaining and talented man as artist and thespian. Larry will be remembered through his time in the old Law Dept. BOI and Balally Players Dundrum.

We were so saddened to learn of the passing of Larry, one a nature’s true gentlemen. Pádraig has known Larry since 1962, and has wonderful memories of time spent in Larry’s company. Remember so well the production of the Pinter play, The Caretaker with Larry playing the lead, Pádraig and Michael Pearl played the other parts under the direction of Derek Spiller. He was a fine artist and we are privileged to have some examples of his work. Our sincerest condolences to his brother Tommy and his family. He will be sorely missed.

A very pleasant and jolly man. I am sure Larry you are now enjoying the company of your good friend Ciaran where you no doubt are sharing an anecdote or two. Rest In Peace Larry.

My late father was a very good friend of Larry’s and our whole family were so fond of Larry. A very talented artist and we are so proud to have some of his beautiful paintings hanging on our wall. Larry was funny, kind and generous to all. We will miss him very much
