I want to express my deep sadness with regard to the death of my cousin Leo. I am so sorry that I will not be able to attend his funeral but I will be praying for him. Every time I met Leo he just made me feel better! He had the most wonderful smile, he was one of the kindest people I knew and it is a previlege to call him my cousin.

He is a loss to us on earth and a gain to all those who have gone before us to heaven. You will Rest In Peace Leo, you touched our hearts and made lives better, you will be missed.

This is one of the hardest messages I've ever put down, Leo and myself go back over 40 years, working with Pearse Butler and his family was the highlight of Leo's life, his involvement with many bands and almost everyone within the showband industry, Leo knew them all, he was loved by everyone, i will never forget all the great times we had in both Portugal and Germany with the lads, Leo was our superstar and will be greatly missed by us all.
