I am so very sad to hear from my son Mark of the death of Skipper a wonderful Father and husband to dear Hazel , his loyalty and support to his family all during his life.

He is at peace and you all have a wealth of love and happy memories of him forever in your hearts.

By the sounds of it ‘Skipper’ was a great character who lead a long and eventful life, The loss of a parent at any time is huge and with the passage of time I hope you remember the long life he lead and the love he shared with you and his darling wife of 63 years, May he continue to create great entertainment in the next life, Thinking of you all in the coming days and we hope you find strength from each other.

So sad to hear of Skippers passing. He was always so good to me when I worked for him in Glenageary Insurances all those years ago. He was a lovely man and will be missed.

I met Skipper when I was a baby. He was very precious to our family. You may remember that for many years we called him "Willie". Jokingly he told my father that was his name. Over the years members of my family were blessed enough to meet many of you. We hold the entire Sheil family in our hearts. We send you all so much love and peace.
