Love you mum.xoxo
I regret to say I only heard about Leslie’s passing recently. She was a wonderful, friendly, kind, and extremely talented lady who could turn her hand to anything. She and my late mother Sheila were great friends and it is through that friendship I came to know her. I wish to send my condolences to her family. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. RIP Leslie.

I'm sorry to hear of your passing and I thank you for times past.
A wonderful sister, someone you could turn to in times of trouble and rely on like a rock. At a particularly low point in my life she took me in after we had been apart for many years and helped me start a new life, something for which I will eternally be grateful. During several years in close company with Lesley, on a daily basis, I came to realise what a wonderfully talented, skilful and creative person she was – I would drop in to see her and marvel as she created the most amazing quilts. Every minute spent watching her work was a pleasure. What a woman, what a sister, what a mother. What a loss to the world. RIP Lesley.
