I was very sorry to hear of Leslie's death. My brother Michael in New Zealand was also made aware by Dessie Valentine. Regrettably my contact with Auntie Connie's family rather petered out after she died except for meeting up with John at some cousins' weddings and uncles' or aunts' funerals in recent years.

Deepest sympathy to Leslie's two son's Ciaran and Sean, I remember meeting both of you and your dad at your Grandmother Connie funeral, however you all left a very beautiful memory of how kind and caring you all were and its something i remember to this day. Please look after yourselves.

Our condolences to Ciarán and Seán.
Our hearts are broken. Les was a great friend to us both and cousin to Paul. He was also a very loving and caring Dad to Ciarán and Seán and a great grandad to Ava. We have great memories of him and the boys who always welcomed us into their home when we visited them in Ruan. It is so hard to believe that we will not see it speak to him again.
