My deepest condolences to all of Lynne's family on the loss of Lynne. She was talented, funny, smart, a lover of life, and an incredibly caring and inspiring person to be around. With all of her fantastic accomplishments, you'd never know it because she remained down to earth with everyone she met. We will all miss her dearly.

My heartfelt condolences to the Algar family. I was deeply saddened to hear about Lynne's passing. I know that many others share the same sentiment. She was a radiant presence in the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. We crossed paths through our involvement in sport, particularly in the realm of Triathlon. I consider myself lucky to have shared an office with her, even if only for a brief period in Limerick. Her infectious positivity and joyful spirit will forever remain in my memories. Please know that you are all in my thoughts during this difficult time.

My heart goes out to Lynne's parents and sisters, and her children. Having gotten to know Lynne over the past few years she always brought warmth and energy, no matter how she was feeling. I will treasure how she approached her life, any challenges that it sent her, and how she remained such a positive motivated person. I am also better instructed, through the space and support given to Lynne by her parents and siblings, on how to give people that space to be themselves.

So sad to hear about Lynne passing. A talented athlete coach and sport scientist. A lost talent and friend. All my thoughts are with her family. Lynne made a huge positive impact on the people she worked with, a role model for nany, leaving a legacy in sports in Ireland to be very proud of.
