My heartfelt condolences go out to Liam and Julie and extended families for the loss of Mrs Hickey.
What a wonderful generous lady she was. I stayed with her and Bill a number of times in the early eighties in between travelling. I even had a double decker bus parked beside the shop for a few days one time, not sure if it was a hinderance or a drawcard, whichever way she was so welcoming.
One fun lady who will be sadly missed.

Our girls still speak fondly of Mrs Hickeys magic back room where they viewed handled and moved all the treasure around and Mrs Hickey watched patiently probably hoping to God they wont knock over anything we bought our first Christmas tree there oh the excitement an the lovely memories.
