Dear Beth
I have been visiting you and Martín on Clare Island for the past 15/20 with my old friends, the Duffy’s of Louisburg. I have the happiest memories of chats, commerce, cups of tea with your hospitality and Martín’s gentle calm. He was the embodiment of an ancient wise Ireland.

To Beth and family, our sincere condolences on the death of Máirtín, he was such a lovely gentle man. Our thoughts are with you at this sad time. May he RIP.

Privileged to have been born to Lighthouse family on Clare Island in '49, our family to have been befriended by the Moran's, and, a couple of years ago, once again, met up with Mairtin and Beth. We are so saddened to hear the tragic news, Rest in Peace Mairtin.
