It is with great sadness that we read of Malcolm's death. We got to know Malcolm over cups of coffee and slices of apple pie in Alex's café in Milltown. Your names are all familiar. He spoke of you all often and with great affection. A kind and interesting man, he could talk, and listen, with great interest on any topic and was always ready to do so. The world is a lesser place for his passing. May his soul enjoy the peace of heaven.

Malcolm was a true and wonderful gentleman, friend and pastor to everyone who came in contact with him. He will be remembered for his support to Youth Ministry at local, diocesan and national level. Malcolm would always visit and give his support to events no matter where the group was visiting or staying in Kerry, whether it be St. Michael's Church in Killorgllin, Muckross Youth Centre, Rosbeigh Beech etc. He was noted for joining the group for food and fellowship. He would sit , listen , share stories and offer help and support to all, both young people and leaders.

The building of St Michael's Church in Killorglin is a wonderful legacy to his ministry in the parish of Killorglin.

Ma he rest in peace.
