I was very sad to hear of Margaret's passing. She was a great role model for women in Aer Lingus Cargo. She was hugely supportive and encouraged all of us to apply for promotion to reach our full potential. I hope she knew what a difference she made in my life. I'm deeply indebted to her. She was always generous with her time and displayed great professionalism with customers and colleagues alike. She was consistent and fair in her dealings with all of us.
