Sincere condolences to the family of Margaret Lynch, a beautiful lady known to many but loved and admired by so many more of us who "met" her through the powers of the media during the early days of Lockdown. What an inspiration she was in our very dark days, to feel a connection with her was marvellous. She was born into a difficult time for Ireland and has left a world in difficulty and sadness. What I remember most about granny lynch was her millionaire shortbread and her Christmas pudding of which I was a recipient of a few times . Her millionaire shortbread was to die for as some of my family would testify to. She was very loved by her family , and her grandchildren were wonderful also .which is only fitting for a woman who spent a lot of her time helping others . She deserves all the accolades she received . May she rest in peace now having lived a very full life
