Our Condolences to all of the Heavey and O Keeffe families on the passing of Margaret. May she Rest in Peace.

Margaret Heavey was our neighbour close friend and confident for 45 years. As young married couple arriving in Newtown in 1979, we could not ask for a better neighbour than "Maggie". In fact she was a second mother to Esther & I with unconditional support as we reared our family. A gifted lady that could turn her hand to dressmaking, knitting and all such skills now lost to a newer generation. Her final years in the great care of Lourdesvill Nursing home was equally supported by daly and weekly visits by Esther as a mark of our respect to a wonderful wonderful person we will never ever forget.We are absoutly sure God has a special place for Maggie as she was one in a million. We offer our sincerest condolence to Domonic. Patrick, and Annette, Granchildren and great Granchildren and extended family connections. May Maggies kind and gentle soul rest with her parents her beloved sister Annie and Husband Garry.
