It is only now I have learned of you Mothers death and I am so very sorry I have missed her funeral.
I have been hospitalised on Monday until this evening and I was not made aware of Peggy’s passing. I can only apologies for my non attendance at her funeral.
What great memories I have of us all in Ballinamore over the years growing up and also later in life when we were neighbours in Tully, she was always a great neighbour and friend .
I hope see is now at peace , rest easy Peggy and again my apologies for not being at the Funeral.

Peggy was a great character who was always engaging and charming. A great wife and sister, mother, grandmother, friend and neighbor, who poured many a good pint in the bar in Ballinamore and always had a great story to tell. She was blessed with a great family and rightfully proud of all of them.
We recall her visits to the US and with Helen and Maureen to Ballygar.

She will be remembered fondly. Our prayers are with all of your at this sad time.
