While I didn’t know Margaret on a personal level, I feel that having been a customer of Uncle Sams on the Main Street for many years, I can certainly appreciate all her hard work and total professionalism. Ms Roice was one of the many unsung heroes of Wexford town to lots of people who were customers of a great take away/restaurant. Rest in peace Margaret, sincere sympathy to your loving family.
