So sorry to all Margery's family and friends on her passing. She spoke so warmly of all her family on a daily basis when we worked together in the Metabolic Unit, Temple Street Hospital. I always remember her laughter and kindness and her penchant for the Irish Times crosswords.

Margery and I met when we were both starting school in Howth 76 years ago. We remained close friends ever since. Our children were the same age and they enjoyed great summers when we came to Howth to visit my Mum. We were more like sisters than friends. I shared a flat in Glasgow when Margery was doing some work experience in the hospital. Margery what happened in Glasgow stays there but I’m sure you are smiling at the memory. Margery was the best friend anyone could have and I treasure that. You are reunited with PJ and Gavin and your beloved brother Henry. Enjoy your next life you deserve it. For now rest in peace until we meet again. I will miss you forever. Una

Goodbye to our gorgeous Granny. Thanks for raising such a lovely, kind and respectful son in Brian. I promise you we’ll treasure him and love him always. We had a beautiful walk on the beach today here in Perth and wrote you messages in the sand. We remembered lots of lovely times we’ve been lucky to have had with you and most of all, we felt relief that you’re no longer in pain and are now at peace with Grandad and Gavin (& Max)!! Your legacy you leave is amazing, 10 beautiful grandchildren who will miss you so very much. We send you all our love Granny, wishing desperately we were there with Brian and all our beautiful family, to say our final goodbyes. Bridget, Orla & Patrick XXX
