Deepest sympathy to the beloved daughters & family of Marie, May her loving soul rest in eternal joy with Teddy. She was such a wonderful lady, friend of God & kind & compassionate to all, with a great sense of fun & levity. I loved her telling me about Teddy & the times he spent in Ards In County Donegal in the Franciscan Monastery painting Ikons. She knew that most of our free time was spend about 90 minutes from Ards but it was only in September 2023 that we decided to visit there ourselves.
We spent the long journey wondering how Teddy did it from Dundalk years before the roads & signage have improved to todays level, as we adhered like limpets to the Google maps to find this remote place. We are still marvelling at his wonderful dedication & her total devotion to him in this part of his & their lives.. both so well lived. May you all find comfort in the memories of those Outstanding parents. We are thinking of them now as we spend the last few days of the winter in County Donegal. Carmel.

Your mother Marie may be gone but her spirit lives on forever within her loving family . Deepest sympathy to Maureen and all the Lambe family on their great loss .

Her suffering is over, may Marie Lambe rest in peace. Condolences to Maureen, Sinead, all of Marie's girls and wider family who did such a wonderful caring job in her last seasons of life. You all did Teddy proud.

Marie was a trooper in her illness and a force of nature in life. She was a mother to everyone who came through her door, always welcoming always interested. We will remember her hearty laugh and baking in that kitchen. I add my wishes to others for the family in their inescapable grief now. May it be gentle, easy, even though painful. Rest in peace.
