Marion was one of the first people I met in EY many years ago. She was kind and compassionate, and always wanted to do right by everyone. She was extremely diligent, committed and hard working for the Leadership Team that she supported and generous to the Executive Assistant Team. She really enjoyed her role, she never stood still, she was happiest when she was busy and active. We will remember her and her family in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. She will be greatly missed by all.

I had the honour of being one of Marion's school friends. Despite me moving away, we always kept in touch, even if it was just online and Christmas cards. It was in the last 6 months that we really got talking again and reminiscing of the old days and catching up on the intervening years. Marion was always the epitome of poise and elegance. She was the best, a good soul and a great friend and I'll miss our daily chats, and her, terribly. My sincere condolences to all the Lane family, she spoke so proudly of you all. She is in the loving arms of her beloved dad now. RIP my friend xx
