God, as you well know, is always on tour.

Sometimes, the performance, gets a bit, well, you know … ropey.

God speaks in exclamation marks – it’s God’s thing.

“Ah lads! A murmuration of martyrs! A swarm of saints! An army of angels! But where’s the talent, the pzazz, the rock n’ roll, the money shot?!”

And God’s gaze fell upon our Mark, and God exclaimed, “Oh my Me Almighty, what are the odds! A miracle just pour moi! A Deity who can Dance!”

Mark. My friend. Your time here was an amazing gift.

To Caroline and Jackie and Marks family and friends. I’d like to say that I’m so very very sorry to hear that you’ve lost Mark. I’ve just heard the news today and it has really shocked me. Unbelievable. He was such a lovely person, smiling his big shy smile.. It’s been a very long time since Peggy McTaggarts classes and you may not remember me (I was older than the twins and I think around Jackie age-wise) but I remember you three very well.
