Deepest sympathies to Bessie`s family at this sad time. I have many happy memories of Bessie and Mick growing up in number 7 Slieve Foy Park. I remember my first introduction to a mini car was when I first met Mick with the car in the street. I loved their wee dog Sindy. I think it might have been Bessie that convinced us to get a dog of our own! They were great neighbours to us and now she is reunited with beloved Mick. So sad to hear of Mrs Connors passing , great memories of her when growing up in slieve foy . I use to cut the grass for her and clean windows and also sometimes go to shop for her to get messages . She was a lady, now reunited with Michael in heaven , also was a nice man . 102 years old , life lived to the full , my condolences to her family and carers who looked after her over the years , may she now enjoy her eternal rest with God 🙏 from ex slieve foy neighbour
