I am so saddened to hear of Mary's passing. I have only heard. My condolences to Johnny, Carol and all of the Keeler and Glynn family. I cant believe this, I only spoke to her in January. We grew up as next door neighbours, our families were so connected and our parents the best of friends. Great neighbours and friends. Rest in Peace Mary.

My cousin Mary, Maro. They say people don't remember what you do, they remember how you make them feel. Well this is so true of you Mary. I wish I'd told you how you made me feel as a child. You always seemed to be on the edge of laughter and regularly let yourself fall into it, and everyone around you couldn't help but follow. You made me feel happy. You were a voice of reason and could still a fury with a simple 'ah stop'. I was so shy and yet you made me feel seen in a way that made me feel safe. I remember seeing you and Johnny together and feeling like it really was possible to be happy, and equal, and in love. I am so sad that you are gone - sad for Johnny, John, Chris and Selina. Sad for my cousins, for your grandchildren, for our whole family. I know the pain they will be feeling. But I also know that you are at peace. I know you are with your ma and my ma, with Stephen and Jimmy and our Tina and all those since passed. I know your pain is gone. One day, we will meet again and I will tell you all this. You will look bashful and a little embarrassed but I will hug you and say thank you Mary. I love you x
