Dear Eamon Aine Ger and Sean I am at a loss how to express my deep sadness at the loss of dear Mary Higgins. I have had the privilege of knowing Mary over 41 years.I loved everything about her ..her . She was beyond special. Mary had such an easy going way , her sense of humour and fun , her love of her family, her strong faith .Mary was goodness personified.
I will treasure thoes memories of Barry's tea and brown bread at Sundrive and all the fun and little adventures in Sydney. Rest in peace Mary , and thank you for your love and friendship.

Mary was one of the kindest souls on this planet, full of joy and happiness. Even though her passing is a very sad moment, all the moments and love she gave to us will be remembered forever and I know she is resting well feeling content and at peace as she had lived a wonderful life, she has left this earth leaving family that will span for generations all thanks to her. A wonderful neighbour, always a smile and a chat. Many conversations over the hedge over the past 5 years and in the times where we had to stay at home, Mary and her warm , humorous and generous spirit kept us all going. A fellow nurse and midwife x I'll always think of her barefoot in the grass in the morning. To all her wonderful family, your memories will keep her with you.

It’s with sadness I read of Mary’s death.We worked closely together for some time in St Finbarrs hospital,so many great memories of a great nurse and lovely lady who loved her family .Thinking of you all .
