I am so sorry to hear about your beautiful Mum. I’ll always remember when we were small and it was time for one of you to have a music lesson. She would call you in from the green and you’d go without a complaint. I thought she must have been a wonderful teacher (not to mind mother) that you’d leave whatever craic we were having outside and go in so willingly. She seemed to move through the world with incredible grace and gentleness. May she rest in peace.

Saddened to learn of Mrs O'Herlihy's passing. She taught me piano and while I wasn't gifted, she was patient for the years I was her student. When I visited, the house was always filled with music - violin or drums, which was a revelation to me. My condolences to her family at this difficult time.
