Heartfelt condolences to Mary’s brothers, Con & Michael and family and all that knew and loved Mary.
I met Mary in Boylans Shoes back mid 70’s and had the pleasure of knowing her for several years.
Lots of happy memories were made and we had great fun holidaying to the Greek Islands on a few occasions.
I moved to London in 1987 and when back in Dublin met up with Mary again, and it was lovely to see her, her beautiful friendly, bubbly way never changed.
I was saddened to hear of her parting - I will always treasure and remember Mary with fondness. She was fun, loved to dance and sing and was a very kind and special person - I’m sure she is now dancing with the angels - may she rest in peace - Mary & Family (aka as Glenda Jackson)

To think that I will now not be able to chat to Mary " over the wall" - (our back gardens ajoin) is very very sad. To now not see, the weave from my neighbour on the street, is even sadder. I never expected this. Thinking of all the times I had to comment, to her, on her hair, because it was always so beautiful, and all the lovely Christmas cards we exchanged. Resting with the Angels.

My deepest and profound sympathy to Cormac and Michael on the loss of Mary, such a very kind and gentle lady. I have to keep myself busy to try and cope that I will never hear her voice again, she will live on in our memories, trying to make sense of her passing is futile.
You made my world a much better place over the last eight years.
Rest easy Mary, I will really miss our chats and you giving me your favourite recipes to try out.
